Return & Shipping Policy

No refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.

Select the correct size and input the correct shipping address. If a mistake is made, you have 24 hours to email info@trueintension.com with the correct information. 

If you input the wrong shipping address and the package is returned to me, you must pay for the new shipping label to be sent to your revised shipping address.

If you receive a defective item (holes, scratches, or rips) please email info@trueintension.com with your order number and picture(s) of the defects so we can assess how to progress.

US: 1-2 WEEKS FOR SHIPPING 

INTERNATIONAL: 2-4 WEEKS FOR SHIPPING 

We are not liable for packages that are abandoned at customs, lost by third party carriers or returned to our facility. We will do our very best to help find a solution should these situations arise. You may email us info@trueintension.com with your order number, full name and telephone number.
